Today I just discovered this news story that somehow slipped under my radar and it’s a pretty good one! Now this is the kinda news I can really get behind! Phoenix Jones is not a comic book character, but the Northwests finest real life super hero.

Unlike almost all other “real life super heroes” that mostly just walk around in a costume and hand out food to homeless people (which is admirable) Jones actually fights crime! He’s been on the news now several times, had guns pulled on him, been stabbed, beaten up and actually stopped crimes from happening! check this out…

It seems that the police are getting a little nervous about his crime fighting skills, who knows maybe they’re afraid ol’ Phoenix Jones is showing them up? Well either way it’s good to know we finally have a real costumed crime fighter giving it a go!

So when’s this guy gonna get his own comic book?
